Our Down is specially processed using ALLIED's proprietary DuraWash system that purifies the Down in ways never thought possible. In addition, all of the Down that we source is approved and certified by our partners at the Responsible Down Standard (RDS) Certified by Independent Third Party Auditors and BlueSign. Our Down is processed to be either standard for every day use or water resistant for the outdoor adventurous types.

Shipping Methods:
- We offer Standard Ground shipping.
- In-stock merchandise is shipped via Fedex within 1-3 days.

- FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address for all FedEx deliveries.
Track Packages
The FedEx tracking number will appear in the confirmation e-mail we sent you regarding your order and shipment. You can use that number by logging on to www.fedex.com to check the status of your order online. It can take up to 24 hours before tracking information appears on the FedEx's web site.
If your order appears late, remember:
- Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
- Expedited orders placed after 12 noon EST are processed the following business day.
- Expedited delivery only occurs on business days (Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays).
Order Status
Enables you to track and follow past and pending orders. You must be a Registered Customer to use Order Status.Check your Order Status. Once you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address you will receive two e-mails:
- Confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within 24 hours.
- Confirms that your order has been shipped (any tracking information will be included); this e-mail should arrive within 24 hours after your package is shipped.
